We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was very clean.

Loved our stay, had peaceful 1 day overall.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay of the hotel. Our food for full English breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were accommodating and pleasant. It had central location close to Saint Paul's Church. Also, the area was very nice.

Continental breakfast with oats and waffle maker and soya milk was more than adequate. Even though the bed was too small, it was brilliant stay. Fab location, at a medium distance from a landmark mall.

Wi-Fi was hopeless.

Fairly nice stay, as always. Everything was really good, the hotel was contemporary. The property's location was central, close to city centre on £5 in a taxi. I loved the room with nice bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was great - a good choice of options.

It's excellent base for sightseeing and exploring Birmingham. The place to order lunch walking distance to the hotel is Syriana.

It was a really great stay, I will be back. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including yoghourt, eggs and cheese. The hotel staff was very efficient and informative.

Meal in the morning was extensive, breathtaking views and prime location. Staff qualified, no complaints whatsoever. And there were amazing beds. Fast check in and in general terrific service.

It was a suitable place for our exceptional stay. We liked this shopping hotel. The beach was tidy. Also, birmingham museum art gallery was max 15 minutes walk to. Picturesque view of canal.

Well appointed and extremely comfortable room, peaceful area. There was lots of so good meals. Pretty clean room with perfect beds. The customer service staff were fabulous here.

Very clean rooms, MARVELLOUS location, satisfactory breakfast. The bed was lovely, we appreciated it and slept well. We dined out at Pizza City, set so close to the hotel.

Jewellery district is worth looking into. The bar is great. The best thing was the bar stuff. Moreover, there is a parking nearby. We enjoyed this place;))

Overall very good value for money and Excellent location, 10-15 minute walk away from the train station

Within walking distance of Hen and Chickens Ph, where you can have lunch. A wonderful base for exploring Birmingham.
